Your custom website package includes almost everything but the kitchen sink! Strategic design, basic brand colors and logo, mobile optimization, copy (the written content), SEO basics setup, a contact form, Google Search Console and Analytics linking, and personalized training. It does not include advanced custom coding, complex third-party integrations, or support after the time indicated in the package, unless those are added on. If you need something beyond the package scope, I’ll provide a clear estimate and timeline adjustment before work begins.
Yes. If you don’t have a logo, we will create a simple text-based logo during your website build to ensure a clean and professional look. I’ll also help you with branding colors for your website. If you want a custom-designed logo, I can refer you to a trusted designer or add logo creation as an additional service.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your project start date. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the website is transferred or launched. For the VIP Design Day and other services, payment is due in full at the time of booking to reserve your spot.
After your site launches, I provide a training session and video tutorials so you feel confident making updates. If you need additional edits, updates, or new features down the road, you can book a Designer for a Day session or request a custom quote for ongoing support.

If you’re unable to meet agreed-upon deadlines for submitting homework, content, or feedback, we may need to reschedule your project slot or apply a restart fee. I’ll always work with you to accommodate life’s curveballs within reason, but timely communication is key to keeping your project on track.
